Tirza L. Derflinger, MBA, CTT, Founder, Educator
A former Army Medical Laboratory Technician with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. in Management of Technology, Tirza left her corporate job at age 38 to return to her true calling of helping people in a health field. In 2002, she founded The Thermogram Center, Inc. in Colorado.
In 2005, she responded to the overwhelming question from clients, “what can I do about the inflammation observed in my thermal imaging?” by founding the Breast Health Education Group, and co-authoring “Better Breast Health – for Life!™”. Now in its third edition, this book helps men and women understand how to mitigate cancer risk factors and is available for free as a downloadable PDF.
To provide preventive thermography and education to the public into perpetuity, and long after she retires, Tirza and her business partners launched a national affiliate program in 2025. This initiative aims to ensure that more individuals have access to self-empowering preventive education and advanced thermography services.
